Can Fentanyl Be Taken For Severe Shoulder Pain?
my husband had shoulder replacement surgery 6 weeks ago. He has lots of extreme pain. They have had problems in finding a medication that doesn t make him nauseated and no vomiting. What are the side affects of Fentanyl and would it be a good choice maybe for him?

Fentanyl is an opioid which can also cause nausea or vomiting. I suggest using Acetaminophen which is the safest option in this case. It has minimal side effects on the stomach.
