Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain antibiotics alter the good bacteria present inside the oral cavity and that leads to proliferation and overgrowth of opportunistic organisms like Yeast leading to infection inside mouth like ORAL THRUSH..

As you have got thrush, you can start gargling with Nystatin mouthwash and suck Clotrimazole lozenges and take plenty of probiotics like Yoghurt and garlic..
In case if the infection does not improve then you should take oral antifungal medications like Fluconazole but only after consultation and advise with an Oral Physician..

But as of now you should wait till you complete your antibiotic course and if after stopping antibiotic intake the thrush does not subside then you can proceed with oral antifungal medications..
As of now continue the above advised antifungal remedies..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
