Can Furil Or Ultracet Be Given Instead Of Sporlac?

Hello, my father is now 69yrs and he had undergone arthroscopic on 22nd of this month. Just now he had motions, we contacted the doctor and he had suggested us to take sporlac tablet but right now we do not have that tablet instead can we take Furil or ultracet tablets, please suggest

Sporlac and Furil Or Ultracet are different drug for diffrent use.
Your doctor had suggested sporlac . Sporlac is available in form of tablet and sachets. Sporlac is Lactic Acid Bacillus and used in:-
Controls diarrhoea and normalises stool formation
Regulates G.I. Tract
Prevents abnormal intestinal fermentation
Helps absorption of micronutrients
Helps in the synthesis of B-Complex factors and other digestive enzymes

Ultacet is combination of "acetaminophen and tramadol"
Furil is Paracetamol 500 mg Chlorpheniramine Maleate 4 mg Caffeine 30 mg Both are used for pain killer.
If you are resides in Indian you can take Tab Vizylac if you cant find sporlac.
