my name is iqra i have diagnose hbv before 2 year my 1st pcr was in milions or now 240copies/ml and hbsag is negative or hbeag was 3.34 or now is 34 plz tell me can i have babies or nt or sexual relationship with my husband or nt or can i feed my baby plz tell me i m worried about my life can i have healthy babies

Hello dear,I understand your concern. Iam sorry for your condition. In my opinion hepatitis is not a contraindication of pregnancy.
But there is chance of your husband getting infected if you involve sexually with him.
And chance of transmission to baby is more
90% in 3 rd trimester.and 10% in first trimester.

About 25% of affected children will have bad outcome as they may get effected by liver related problems.
But mostly vaccination within 12 hrs of birth decreases infection upto 90%.

Even a pregnant with hepatitis might have morbidity like excessive bleeding after delivery ,abortion,preterm birth.

My aim is not to make you tense but I am providing you the information so that it may be helpful..
