Hi
Swollen lymph nodes at the back of head and right ear are due to Flu and not because of HIV. In any infection there will be swelling of lymph nodes. Please take an antibiotic Azeethromycin 500 mg once a day for 3 days which reduces your lymph Node swelling. Also Take levocetrizine 5mg twice a day for 5 days.
Symptoms of HIV appear only after 6 months of exposure. HIV is transmitted by having sex with a HIV positive person only. Don't be afraid you have a very very less chance of getting exposed.
All the best
