Can HIV Infection Be Transmitted Through Oral Sex?

i had a risky oral encounter to a female colleague of mine 23 days back.HIV status unknown though she seems promiscious.She was in her periods and we did have oral genital and genital genital contact.
After about 1week i had muscle fatigue which lasted for a cople of days.in the meanwhile i have had left swollen tonsils and whitish tongue for no reason(never happened before)
I have muscle fatigue for the last 2 days.
I got tested on the 21st day with Elisa 4th generation test and it came back negative.i am dying of anxiety every day and every hour.
How good was the test If you can kindly throw some light on it...

Yes definitely there is a chance of spreading hiv after oral sex and genital to genital contact. However your symptoms are not due to hiv it must be due to some oyher infection, because hiv cant produce symptoms rapidly. So consult physician for your symptoms. And your test is quite accurate at 21 days.so dont worry be relaxed.

However your symptoms are not due to hiv. It may be due to some other disease. go and tale treatment of that. You have already tested for hiv at 21 days and its negative.so no need to worry its quite accurate. you are safe.
