It can spread even without rash if you had not used condom. Its better get checked
your HIV since you had sex with prostitute It should be checked immediately, Again
after every two months for atleast for six month. Because in spite of having HIV test
can remain negative for six month called window period. Better not to remain in doubt
for condition like HIV ie non curable and life threatning Thanks
