Hello,

Slight change is menstrual rhythm can be seen with iPill. However it is a transient change and your menstrual cycle will return to normal rhythm in couple of weeks. If periods are persistently irregular better to consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
