Hello and welcome to HCM,
The urine analysis report is explained as follows:
1. Absence of red blood cells, white blood cells, squamous cells is normal, this rules out infection in the urinary tract.
2. Presence of 1+ proteins is little abnormal however, the level is not so high so as to be worried. You can get your renal function tests to rile out any kidney problem.
3. Presence of urobilinogen is seen in obstructive jaundice. You need to get your liver function tests too. Urobilinogen increases in some liver diseases.

Thanks and take care
