Can I Ask Any Online Doctor About The Urinalysis Test ?

My husband had urinalysis and the results are as follows: Physical exam: Color - dark straw , transparency - slightly cloudy, reaction - 6.0, spec. gravity - 1.010. Chemical Exam: Albumin - negative, Sugar - negative. Microscopic Exam: WBC 40-50/hpf, RBC 3-4/hpf, Casts: Fine granular 0-1/hpf, coarse granular 0-1/hpf, squamous cells - few, amorphous urates - few, bacteria - occasional. What does this mean? Does he have UTI or kidney infection? He has back pain, fatigue & lack of appetite & difficulty urinating. Please advice. Thank you.
