Hallow Dear,
At perimenopausal age, the menstrual cycles do become irregular; however, the egg release is very rare and still cannot be predicted. You have not mentioned the periodicity of your menses.
Usually the egg is released 14 days prior to the next expected menses. Egg has life of 24 hours while the sperms are 72 hours active. Hence, a period of about one week to 10 days is fertile period. You can calculate your fertile period considering your periodicity of the menses. That will give you idea of possibility of
pregnancy. By and large, on day 35, the chances of egg being present are very remote; and so there is almost no possibility of pregnancy by intercourse on day 35.
However, for confirmation, you may get
Beta hCG test done on your blood 10 days after the unprotected intercourse; i.e. day 45 onwards, if by that day you do not get menses. If you get menses before that, you are not pregnant.
Siddha medicines should not interfere in this situation.
To avoid such stressful situation in future, please practise using condom every single time.
I hope this answers your query to your satisfaction.
