Can I Find Out Who Passed The HPV Infection To Me ?

I had a complete.physical 2wks ago, positive with HPV . I ve been married for 12 yrs, separated for 1yr now, raped Sept 2009 and with 2 men one time each. I ve been under a lot of stress for the past 3 months finding my rape case was compromised, State Criminal Div. is reopening the case. My husband cheated on me in 2004. Any idea who is the one with HPV. I m in my mid 40 s, good health, good.cholesterol, however I ve started smoking 4-15 cigarettes per day. No divorce atty, in foreclosure, stress since 2009, more so past 3 months.

Hi,thanks for query.

I am sorry but it is not possible to have source of infection unless the male partner is examined.HPV is transmitted by unprotected sex and males are usually symptom less carrier.Apart from this please discuss with your doctor about HPV vaccination whether it will help you are not. Please control your emotions ,I know it is not easy but please avoid harming your self under stress.

wishing you good health.
