Can I Have Information, Diet, Tests To Keep Gout Under Control?
Hello, Questions about gout: 1) I was told that I should decrease my fat intake in my over-all diet to decrease chances of having a gout attack. However, I read that oils are fine to have. Since oils are extremely high in fat content, how are they ok to have in my diet?
2) Could you direct me to where I may find a rather comprehensive list of (low purine) foods?
3) do I need to constantly check my uric acid level?
any other advise would be greatly appreciated
thanks Yishai
