i m 34 yr, 45 kg, single, 32-30-33, hemoglobin which is 10.4 gm/dl T3 2.89, T4 10.63, TSH 1.22 , rbs 80 apart from other food, is it advisable to that i may include honey in my diet , currently my taking a teaspoon daily, will this keep me fit, healthy and in perfect shape.
