Hi, my name is Anthony and i have a question. I exercise a lot and i need to know if it is ok if i jog 50mi a week. I weigh 148, 16 yrs old, 5 9, and my body type is average. I normally jog 3mi a day but i want to push it to 10 a day!
Anything done is excess is unhealthy. U will have to replenish yourself with lots of extra carbs, energy, water. If u get hurried breathing and syncope i suggest u stop. WHy are u doing so much extra exercise is my question?
