Headache, Dizziness. Jog 7 Miles A Day. Does Jogging Cause Dizziness?

I am 45 years old. I enjoy jogging. I have lost around 45 pounds within a short period of time I am 118 now. Everyone thinks I look too thin. I am struggling to gain weight. I experience frequent headaches along with dizziness . My jogging can be as much as 7 miles a day everyday. Can this be the reasons for the dizziness?

HI,
your dizziness may be due to dehydration . Take plenty of water and food rich in sodium like salt, if you dont have any other medical condition. When you jog you lose plenty of water and electrolytes from your body which need to be replaced. you can also take electral powder or ORS after consulting your physician.
Regards.
