Can I Substitute Opana ER With Morphine Sulfate Due To The Unavailability Of Medication?

i currently take (as prescribed) Opana ER 30 in the AM and 40 at bed time. my drug insurer has notified me that Opana ER will be removed from their formulary on 01/01/2014 to be replaced with Morphine Sulfate ER. i have been researching possible issues, but still feel unclear as to what i should expect with the the change....

You can substitute it with morphine sulphate.Any way both drugs if you are taking for a long time, then should be monitored by a physician.Because both has side effects of addiction.Hope this may help you
