Can I Take Iron And Zinc Supplement At A Time During Pregnancy ?
I am pregnant .My doctor advised me One Iron supplement liquid.which contains Zinc also.I heard that Iron and Zinc should not taken be at a time.Kindly advised me.If possible give me some Brand name for Calcium supplement and iron supplement.If anything needed more can advised me(Vitamine ,amino acid,omega 3 fatty acid if needed.)
