Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Pemphigus vulgaris is a chronic blistering condition, where complete cure is very difficult. Antibiotics are of limited role and is used in case of secondary infection. Corticosteroids and immunosuppressant drugs are main modality of treatment and most lesions shows good response to it. New drugs like Rituximab is also used now-a-days, which shows great result. Consult a dermatologist and he will direct you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
