Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You have the history of spontaneous abortion with retain product of conception as some part fail to detach. No anomalies in the uterus. Retain product of conception is best diagnosed by USG so confirm it. It causes prolonged bleeding, abdominal pain, and chance of pelvic infection or vaginal infections.
It should be treated by cytotec (Misoprostol) or by surgical process like D&C. Cytolec should be taken under observation to prevent complications like excessive bleeding and incomplete removal. Post-treatment USG is required to confirm the removal. Advice after treatment is rest for 24-48 hours, maintain pelvic hygiene, analgesic, and antibiotics.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
