Can I Take More Than Two Rhythm Drugs Per Day For A-fib?

I am being treated for atrial fib. I have had it most of my life. My wife has Alzheimer's and I am under a lot of stress during the day. When I lay down at night my atrial fib kicks in. It has happened three nights in a row. I take two pills in the morning one for rate and one for rhythm. I have been taking two pills for rhythm.
Questiion: Can I take more that two of the rhythm pills during a 24 hour period.

Dear Sir,

It depends what medication you take and what doses, also depends on your heart rate during rest and when you have complains.
I would advise you to see your doctor, or provide us with mentioned information, so we can help you

Wishing you good health
