Can I Take Multivitamin-multimineral With Supplements ?

Can I take a multivitamin-multimineral for men, an additional calcium and magnesium supplement, an Omega 3 supplement, plus a B Complex supplement all together or is that to much? I was told to take that after taking a short quiz and was wondering if it was true.

Hello shane;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
You can take multivitamins and mineral supplements which already contain the B-complex vitamins so no need to take them separately similarly with the minerals already magnesium will be present in that tablet.Also some of the calcium preparations do contain magnesium so it is fine and you may take omega 3 supplements along with these vitamins.
Thanks

Hello welcome to Healthcaremagi

You can get suffecient amount of multivitamins & minerals if you take a balanced diet from the food groups such as cereals, pulses( sprouts yield sufficient B-complex),fruits & vegetables, milk & its products( provides calcium),meat & fats( omega 3). For a proper minerals & vitmins requirement its recommended to take 3-4 of fruits & vegetables servings each in a day prefereably as whole fruits & fresh vegetables as salads.
thank you
