Can I Take Ofloxacin And Ornidazole For Stomach Upset With Foul Smelling Stools?
My son is 10 years old,body weight is 64 kg.He is suffering from stomach upset with bad smell in stool.He went to latrine 2-3 time till now.fever was 101 f. after giving paracetamol 250 mg. it comes down to 99 f. some cold and cough is there.Can I give him only ofloxacin 100 mg or ofloxacin 100 mg+ ornidazole 250 mg.?

I can appreciate your concern the medicine that you have discussed here mainly given for infection and the complain that you have stated here may not be infection, so in my opinion giving this medicine would not solved the problem better to encourage the child for drinking more water and give him fibber diet, cut down the oily food and fat, keep away from the un-necessary drugs, hope this information helps, have nice day.
