Can I Take Sleeping Pills For Pain In Hips, Thighs And Knees At Night Due To Meralgia Paresthetica?

Hi, I have Meralgia Paraesthetica and left & right Iliopsoas I am on. Butrans patches, Trammadol, Arcoxia, citalopram, omeprizole, Lyrica I cannot sleep at night for the pain in my hips, thighs and knees, would I be able to have a mild sleeping tablet and am I on the correct meds or could you recommend anything better? Instead of taking sedatives take tab pregalin 75 mg. Pain in meralgia paresthetica is neuropathic pain so sedatives won't help much also adverse effects are more with sedativesHope my answer will help you. Take care. Don't forget to rate me.
