Can I Take Tylenol Instead Of Hydromorphone For Lupus, RA And Fibromyalgia?
I am taking hydromorph contin 6mg 3 times a day. I take hydromorphone 4mg for breakthrough pain. I have RA, Fibromyalgia, and Lupus. I have been having very painful days and have run out of my hydromorphone early. Am I able to take Tylenol 3 in place of the hydromorphone?

yes you can, but tylenol is less effective for pain.
but as there is no other option, you can take till you get your prescription medicines
