I am 62 years old and was recently diagnosed with GERD and is taking omeprazole 20mg-APO once per day, one hour before meal. I also has pains in my right shoulder down to half way to my back and I want to know if I can take ibuprofen for it at the same time I am taking the omeprazole.
Hello dear I understand your concern There is no known interaction between ibuprufen and omeprazole, You can take it safely. Take the omeprazole one hour before meal and take ibuprufen after the meal for 3 times daily. Also apply warm pad application to the painful area, proper rest. Hope this may help you
