I m a nurse taking care of a teen whose Dr. Gave him levaquin po he has a g/j tube I had to leave a message to get this changed to a liquid, but we can t get it changed until Monday so I had to crush it will it be a problem. I just got the order and due to the holiday I was not informed until I came to work that it is in a pill form.
