Can Lidocaine Patch Help Painful Lower Back And Tingling Feet While Having Spinal Stenosis?

I am a 73 yr old male,with spinal stenosis,and also parkinsons..Have done yogi,acupressure,therapy and faithfully the back excerises..My lower back hurts and have the tingling in my feet...No pain meds yet.What about the Lidocaine patch or a Transdermal patch of some sort..

No Lidocaine will not help with this kind of pain.
You should use pregabalin 75mg at night. You can increase it upto 150mg 2 times a day according to severity of pain.
