Can Lomotil Be Taken Before Colonoscopy?
My grandson is scheduled for a colonoscopy due to exhibiting IBS symptoms...for which he has been taking lomotil. His mother is concerned the colonoscopy prep may cause nausea/vomiting with him. Would it be permissible for him to take Phenergan prior to starting the prep to avoid this potential issue?
