Can Meclizine HCL And Amoxicillin Be Taken Together?

I was prescribed Meclizine HCL 25 MG for otitis media, acute serous 1x per day called back in 2 days said I was worse. they prescribed amoxicillin 500mg (2 twice daily) can these be taken together? I also take metformin HCL 500mg ER TB24 I now have a severe neck pain and can hardly turn my head Took 600 mg Ibuprofen as the first visit the APRN said to take with the meclizine and seems no relief. Would any of this be interacting. Am I expecting to fast a relief. Still have ringing in my head--such as fluid--nothing has changed but do feel a little better from other symptons of soar throat and congestion
