Acne scars Or as you mention dents/ holes are not going to improve with this topical cream.
The indication for using this cream is facial
hyperpigmentation and not for acne scars.
Moreover the combination of ingredients in this cream is not recommended for use on face for more than 1-2 months, in continuity and certainly not without the supervision of a
dermatologist because it can cause irritation as well as steroid related side effects like acne, sun sensitivity and facial hair growth in females i.e
hirsutism.
Acne scars are best improved with a procedure or a combination of procedures like either Fractional Co 2 Laser,
Dermabrasion, Microneedling, Subcision, Chemical peeling etc
The choice of procedure and number of sessions is guided by the severity of acne scars, types of acne scars.
Therefore, I suggest you to visit a dermatologist in your region for a thorough discussion regarding the best procedure for your acne scars.
