Can Metrogel, Tazorac And CeraVe Creams Be Used Together?

I have prescriptions for numerous skin conditions, but primarily for rosacea. It has become to much of a bother to use them all, especially since the young doctor wasn t persuasive for the need of Ketoconizole. (Maybe there was a fungus under nostrils...) Or for the need of desonide... I believe that both the Metrogel and Tazorac are needed. Is it okay to use them both at night and with Cerave cream? I am a pale caucasian age 63.
