Hi.
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain firstly I would like to tell you that in case if you have a severe toothache for which you are taking Nurofen [Ibuprofen] and Paracetamol it can only provide temporary relief and first of all you need to get evaluated by a dentist to rule out the cause of pain whether it is infection or fractured tooth etc and once the cause if confirmed treatment can be done accordingly..
As you have lack of bowel movements for 3 days it can be due to side effct of medicine and you do not need to take metronidazole which is an antibiotic and Buscopab [hyosine] which is taken for preventing cramping.
You should rather take stool softeners like Docusate and medication that treats constipation like Lubiprostone..
You can also take antacids like Milk of magnesia and take foods rich in high fibres, drink plenty of water and do moderate exercises..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
