Can Mucinex And Sudafed Be Taken Together For Head Cold And Sore Throat?

Hi. I have a head cold and I have quite a few medications that I am on quite a few medications already, but I need to get better pretty quickly. I am on Singulair, Advair, Claritin and Fluticasone Propionate. These I take regularly for my allergies and asthma. What I am thinking about taking is some Ibuprofen to help with my swollen throat from all drainage and then I have either Benadryl or Mucinex. And can I mix Mucinex and Sudafed?

So to get to my question I guess, what would be the best mixture of medication to clear me up quickly? Thank you.

Take ibuorofen, singulair and fluticasone, that would be enough
also take steam inhalation and salt water gargles
