Most of shoulder pains are not related to nerve but muscles and in your case due to working a lot in computer and being so busy it is usual to feel tight shoulders.
1. The thing that would help you most is getting information on good posture and rules while you work in computer and follow them.
2. It is advisable to stand up regularly from your work station and move around and do stretches.
3. Keep your shoulders warm.
4. Local soft
massage in circular movements at the areas that are more tender and increasing the diameter of the circle might help a lot
5. Seeing a physiotherapist that can check your posture and your muscles and can identify exercises to help muscle relax is something that might bring you result in a couple of sessions.
6. If pain is too bothering than
Ibuprofen might help with
muscle pain and help the muscles relax- take it after food to reduce risks for your stomach being hurt by it.
7. If you do not improve or you get neurological symptoms like weakness or
numbness than a visit with a doctor is mandatory.
