Can Neutrophils 67.5, Lymphocystes 21.3, Monocytes 8.8, BUN 20, Bun/creat28.6 And AST 13 Indicate MS?

Hello, I am waiting to have an MRI to rule out MS. I understand that there is no single test that is indicative of ms. I do have some medical knowledge as I have been a nurse for 25 years and I am now a nursing instructor at a college. I did have some sl decreased or increased lab results. could these have any indiction on my chance of having MS? WBC Diff Neutrophils 67.5 Lymphocytes 21.3 Monocytes 8.8 # monocytes .78 BUN 20 Bun/Creat 28.6 AST 13 Thanks

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
The differential white blood cel count, BUN, BUN/creatinine ratio and AST levels are within normal limits.
Multiple sclerosis is characterized by demyelination of the white matter of the brain.
The diagnosis is made on MRI of the CNS.
Other tests like CSF cytology is supportive in this situation.
There are no specific blood findings in Multiple sclerosis.

Thanks and take care
