Can Nurofen Plus Be Taken Along With Duromine?

I was wanting to know if I can take nurophen plus with duromine I have a cold that s been going for a while and my throat I think has formed a ulcer on the left side that s causing a lot of pain down my jaw and i congestion so my face is in a bit of pain.
