Can Paroxetine Be Taken While On Nitroglycerine And Trimetazidine?

Is it safe for people to have paroxetine for people with cardiac conditions and having medication like nitroglycerine, trimetazidine, bisoprolol, aspirin and statins along with blood pressure & diabetic medication? Are there known interactions between paroxetine and medicines listed above? If so, what kind of medicine is advised for tretament of premature ejaculation for person having above condition?

Hi sir,

Detailed description of your problem would be appreciated. Among the above mentioned drugs, except aspirin, other drugs can be safely used with Paroxetine. For aspirin, if the benefits outweigh the risks, which is to be decided by an expert, it can be used. Your doctor might reduce the dose of Paroxetine, if he is aware of your medicines history. Paroxetine is very commonly used for premature ejaculation with high evidence of safety. You can also go for counselling and sex therapy.
