Peyronies disease is a connective tissue disorder involving the growth of fibrous plaque in soft tissue of penis resulting in pain ;abnormal curvature;erectile dysfunction;loss of girth and shortnening so in long run it can be a cause of impotence (due to erectile dysfunction).
