Can Sildenafil Be Taken While Having Kidney Problems?
I was just given sildenafil/arfinine 55/10MG. can you please tell me the concerns you would give to your patients? I am 71 years old and I have a kidney problem and don t want to affect that problem. But I do need help with my erection. Thank You
It can be taken safely while having kidney problems. Sildenafil is a phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitor that is widely used to treat erectile dysfunction and pulmonary hypertension.
Its common side effects include low blood pressure, headache, and flushed skin. Other side effects include prolonged erections, nasal congestion and visual disturbances. It is not known to cause any harmful effects while having kidney problems.
