Can Simvastatin And Lisinopril Cause Shoulder And Joint Pain?

I am currently taking 150 mg of Ranitidine, 20 mg of Simvastatin and Lisinopril/HCTZ 10-12.5 mg daily. I have started experiencing fairly intense joint pain in the shoulders and elbows. I ve read that Ranitidine and Simvastatin can cause this. Can these drugs interact and magnify the problem? Is one of them more likely that the other to be the problem?

Hi it is most likely Simvasatin --it causes myositis and thus pains.
You can add Co-enzyme Q-10/L carnitine to avoid this--regards
