Can Soframycin Cream Be Used To Treat Diaper Rashes?
Hi doctor, my baby is just 5weeks old and got v bad diaper rashes and he's crying whole night. I m worried I tried rash creams and changing diaper frequently and also leave him without diaper for about 6-7 hrs in a day. Now I want to ask u whether can I use soframycin skin cream to treat his rashes?

Hi... Soframycin is an antibiotic & need not be used unless really indicated like secondary infection in the diaper area. Instead you can try applying some emollients locally. Happy to help anytime. If you are happy with my reply, kindly rate it.
