Can Solupred 20mg Medication Help Cure Sarcoidosis?

i suffered from sarcoidosis and take treatment like solupred 20mg twice daily since 8 months but now no improvement and i feel weakness and fatrigue and tremors start appear and become aggresive in stress i want to stop drug to feel normal but the mass of sarcoidosis in my nose still as it and i only 25 year

I can understand your situation and problem.
Sarcoidosis is inflammatory disease. And best treatment for this is oral corticosteroid.
Solupred is having prednisone. Prednisone is oral corticosteroid and it is treatment of choice for sarcoidosis.
But in some sarcoidosis patients, steroids are not effective at lower dose. So we need to give higher dose. But with higher dose, side effects are more.
Sarcoidosis of nose can be treated surgically. So in my opinion you should consult ENT doctor and discuss about surgical option to rule out nasal sarcoid mass.
So better not to stop solupred with our consulting ENT doctor.
