Hi, Susten is a natural progesterone and does support healthy conception and pregnancy. Progesterone plays a major role during the two weeks after ovulation because it supports embryo implantation. Most women who have luteal phase defect suffer from low progesterone and recurrent miscarriage. They need progesterone supplementation to ensure that will carry to term. I would recommend taking it as suppository rather than in tablets. Taking oral progesterone is not as easily absorbed by the body as it as to be broken down by the liver.
