Can Theanine Be Taken While Suffering From Blood Pressure Issues?
I currently take Micardis and Amlodipine Besylate for BP and I am thinking of taking a supplement called Theanine. I would take Theanine to help me relax and get some sleep. I am being told by friends that this supplement can cause BP problems. Can you tell me if taking this supplement is a good idea? Thank you

donot take medicine without consultation of treating doctor.yes it can cause problem.itisa sedative and reduced stress. what ever may be it is mandatory toconsult treating doctor specially encase of medication in hypertention
