Can Tramadol Be Taken While On Fluoxetine?

Hi, Im have extremely bad period pain and am due to see my consultant tomorrow. What I was wanting to know is can I take tramadol 100mg as a one off while I am on 60mg fluoxetine and 300mg bupropion I am a registered nurse so am aware of serotonin syndrome as an interaction plus others...but I just need to get through the night. Any advice? Or just don t risk it

Hello,

You can take Tramadol drug with that, it does not cause anything, because the action of Tramadol is to suppress pain threshold in CNS (Central Nervous System). So, do not worry.
