General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and thank you for using HCM. I understand your concern. Please do not use Vyvanse as this would increase and worsen your anxiety. Vyvanse is an amphetamine, which is a central nervous system stimulant. In addition, anxiety is one of the most common side effects of Vyvanse.
I do not know the reason you stopped taking Xanax, but if it was due to side effects, then there are many other anti anxiety medications. Depending on the country you live, hence the need of a prescription, I recommend you see a doctor in order to be prescribed the right medication. Benzodiazepines, as well as Zoloft and Paxil are very effective against anxiety.

Wishing you all the best.
