Hello,
It sounds to me like you had the pacemaker placed because there were times your heart's pacemaker would go too slow, causing you to have episodes of
syncope.
The pacemaker works to pace your heart when it is beating too slow, preventing these episodes.
It may also be the case that your heart's pacemaker would sometimes go too fast and too slow and was hard to control, and so medication was needed (like
metoprolol) to keep it from going too fast, but this led to your heart sometimes going too slow as well.
Sometimes the only solution to this is to make sure the heart doesn't go too fast with medication and make sure it doesn't go too slow with a pacemaker.
Since the pacemaker works electrically to pace your heart (make it beat at a certain rate), it will not interfere or interact with your other medications.
The medications you list do not have any serious interactions with each other, nor will they interact with your pacemaker.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
