Can A 110 Volt Shock Cause Tingling Hands And Palms?
I took a 110 volt shock today plugging in a computer cart at school. The electrical outlet melted outward and the arc of electricity was yellow, orange and blue. My hand felt really tingly at 3 pm, and is still tingles a bit. The center of my palm felt like someone drove a nail into it. Now it is just tingly.
I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your post electric shock concern.
You don't need to worry too much. As you had a shock of electricity there can be tingling sensations even little shevring too.
In case you feel palpitations or dizziness or even loss of consciousness, you need to visit an emergency room. Otherwise there is no need for any medical intervention. Take plenty of fluids and have some rest it will be over in a day or too as electric shock causes mostly transient nerve injury...
Hope the answer to your query and write us back in case you need any further help.
Regards Dr Muzaffer Hussain Parray.
