hi welcome to health care magic.yes you can use amlocan bid for respi infection.its depends upon severity of infection.child weight more then 45kg 250-500mg every 8hr for 5 days.or 875mg every 12hr in sever infection so better you advice any pediatrician for that .

hi,thanks for query.The tablet is safe and can be taken,but important thing is that you should not give any antibiotic without advise from your doctor.This is a potent drug and must not be used at your will.Please do not give.Duration of treatment depends upon the severity of infection which normally 5-7 days for general infection.
